AVOID this location and GO TO THE ONE ON Manchester! The past 3 times I’ve been to this location the kids have been unprofessional and unwelcoming. This fourth experience is my last here. I was at the drive through and sat there for a few minutes before anyone said anything. When the girl did come on she was laughing hysterically. I could barely make out “I’ll be with you.....” i then sat there for another 3 minutes. Nothing. I said “hello?” And the girl came on the mic laughing loudly but didn’t say anything. I finally just drove up to the window. The girl said sorry my mic isn’t working. I ordered. As I was waiting she put her headset on and spoke loud and clear to the car that had just pulled up (I could hear it through the speaker behind me). I was at the other location on Manchester yesterday and every time I’ve been there employees have been very nice and the exchange has always been pleasant.

We absolutely love this location! The employee are professional, courteous, and super helpful when trying to decide upon a choice, and do I sometimes take forever trying to figure out exactly what I want. The smoothies are delicious, and filling. The only complaint I have is that I wish the prices were a little less expensive, but nothing in this world today is perfect.

I had not been to a Smoothie King in a very long time but really enjoyed my Chocolate Gladiator smoothie today! Prices were lower than I anticipated, I felt "full' all afternoon as I would after a typical lunch, and this particular location was friendly and efficient.
Real Reality
I came in on a Friday afternoon upon arrival I was the only customer in the store. I ordered my single smoothie, paid and began to wait. In the process of paying/receiving my receipt someone walked in after me and placed their order. I was 100% complete with my order and waiting for my smoothie by the time he handed his card to the worker. This person also ordered one smoothie, he received his smoothie before me and was walking out of the store before they even gave me my order. They never even asked for my name for the order. I am extremely upset at this approach to customer service... I would completely understand if I had ordered multiple or if we came in at the same time but that was the not the case! Please fix this for any future customers who choose to shop here!
