I only use the pharmacy but they have been great. Communication is clear and it’s easy to get ahold of someone to speak to. When they tell you information about when your prescription will be ready or any questions you have they actually keep track of it and even if you speak to someone else next time they know what’s going on. Prescriptions are filled in a very timely manner and most importantly the pharmacy staff is friendly and they have operating hours that make sense. Basically every thing I didn’t like about Walgreens CVS does right. Finally! Walgreens acted like these expectations were akin to asking for a miracle.

Kristin is fabulous! Saturday night she saved me a 3 hour drive home, at 10pm, by helping me obtain a critical piece of my medical supplies to fill my insulin pump!! Can't thank her enough!!

CVS Pharmacy in Ellisville, MO left me hanging during a medical emergency so that their employees could have a one hour lunch together disturbed. I tried to fill the prescription on-line and they said that it went through and then today I check and it did not go through. Then I get a call that it is ready and I can get it on my way to work. I get there and the pharmacy is shut down for lunch, come back later. Unlike the people at CVS Pharmacy, I HAVE to work! Time to go to work with no medication after an eye surgery. I will be switching to Walgreens.

Kristin the pharmacist (usually works evenings) is absolutely phenomenal! She has excellent customer service. Kristin is extremely patient, kind and understanding. Kristins all over level and quality of pt care is rare. Not easy to come by these days.
