Terrible car wash. Soap left all over car. None of the vacuums worked. Complained to management, was told motors were burned out. How come no sign notification? Asked for refund was told by female you were not out any money, vacuums we’re free. Told her I was going to complain, she said go ahead todays my last day. Numerous customers were upset, surprised the car was was not burned to the ground. Tried to call Zips, never got anyone to answer the phone. Last time for me at a Zip wash!

Richard and his team are the best! Always friendly and happy to see me! Glad to see they put towels out and spray bottles of cleaner out. I highly recommend Zips Car Wash!!

Self serve express wash, they have vacuums, spray cleaner, and towels. I bought the may bundle and I didn’t realize how often I want to get my car washed. Great place, fast and simple!

Paid $10.00 for a basic, no-frills car wash, which includes towels for drying, per the sign posted. Drove inside the wash area, and was told by the assistant manager that there were no towels. She stated the towels were all in the washer, and that they're more of a convenience/courtesy. I won't be back.
