- I’ve lived at Forest Woods for almost 2 years now - You can tell from the images it is a quaint environment, perfect for any student (quiet, friendly, etc.) - Lots of wild life you come across, and if they’re human, they’re friendly! - I really enjoy every experience I have with the staff in the office. They are consistently good at what they do and are ON IT. - Maintenance work is ALWAYS quick to be tended to when requested with rare exception - Dog friendly - big time perk

Well I loved living there until they raised the rent so high on renewal that I couldn't afford it anymore. One would think if you have to make 3x the rent to move in they shouldn't raise it so high that you no longer make 3x the rent at renewal. Make it make sense.

We are currently in the process of moving into Forest Woods apartments. Every contact we have had with the staff has been amazing, especially Tabbetha our leasing agent. We can't say enough about her professionalism, expertise and great people skills. There were no problems or surprises. Everything went great. The apartment was amazingly clean. We had a few very minor things we wanted fixed before we moved in and Tabbetha had everything done within 24 hours. Just amazing! Thank you Forest Woods we look forward to our time here! I have read a few other reviews about a spider problem in these apartments and I’m here to warn everyone. I have been a resident here since 2018 and will be until 2022. All related apartment services are good but the brown recluses are a nightmare. I was bit at night while sleeping on my couch and ended up with two bites on my thighs. It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics and had to get surgery to remove the dead tissue caused by the bite reaction/ venom. I’m now living with a hole in my leg and a serious wound that is going to take months to heal plus several medical bills. Prior to getting bit, we had killed 7 spiders in our apartment and again found another one 2 weeks after I got bit and decided to get the apt office involved. The exterminator sprayed out apartment with spider repellent and set up sticky traps.. I’m still very shocked about my experience and want to move out but locked in a lease for another year. It’s just really scary. Not how I want to be living.
