This location USED to be amazing. I know the pandemic hurt a lot of businesses, but dang… this one couldn’t cope. It’s a COMPLETE gamble if they’ll be open or not. They’ve closed at 3 PM before on a weekday. If you get there and luckily they’re open, they’re out of ingredients and tell you to leave. They used to be friendly, fast, and my favorite location, now it’s just an embarrassment.

So sad. I used to love this Taco Bell. Last two times I have come here, I have left bc they don’t have what I want. Tonight, no hard taco shells. You are Taco Bell!! How do you not have shells. Now I’m stuck here in the God for saken line. Two weeks ago, kid told me he wasn’t goin to make my order bc it was too close to close to make more beans. Yup. So so sad.

I ordered curbside bc I didn't feel like having the battle with my big pick up truck ( it's been a long trip 🙃) and they did curbside for me. Food came out quick , perfect to my specifications , and they even brought out a treat for my pup. Definitely a great experience. And my pup appreciates it as well. 😊

Went to this Taco Bell drive up only. So I called them and told me this is the only way or the app. I can’t do the app. Well they turned me away. In a time like this turning away customers not a good idea Taco Bell. If the store don’t have the employees to open and operate close the doors for the day. That’s an idea for you Taco Bell. It’s not acceptable to turn anybody away that is willing to pay for your services. Or are the employees you have to lazy to do what they get paid for. In all of this I understand that you want people to go other place because your staff is lazy!!!!
