Very straightforward easy process. Staff members were the highlight. With a lot of youth not caring much about their jobs, the 2 women here were very pleasant and helpful. Shiann in particular was amazing. My son felt so comfortable he went to hug her. She was great. Definitely deserves some recognition

I love the care that they put into making these teddy's. I went in with my grand daughter and got her the cutest little colorful teddy bear with a mermaid dress. The young lady that made it all happen was great.

Build-a-bear workshop is and always will be the greatest place to be at where best friends are made for little kids always and forever.

This little build a bear is great. My kids loved the experience. The walking lived sized mascot teddy bear was a plus and adorable.

6 ft and only a few people inside at a time. They also don't allow food or drinks inside which is nice.
They've been "temporarily closed" since Oct. 1st. I've been told by customer service it's closed for maintenance. No one knows until when, not even anyone at nearby stores. Call the number and it just rings and rings and rings with no message about it being closed.
