I drove from California to Missouri. This is the best Sonic I visited on my trip. The carhops are great.

All friendly carhops, but bad experience Sunday night, daughter ordered 3 small orders of pickles fries got there was given Our order which was missing the pickle fries the car hop never told us they were out and the app didn't say it was a supply out, I pushed to speak to someone a car hop came out and said they couldn't refund the money didn't know how. Said he would get a Manger waited another 5 mins had to push the button and Manger finally came out, told my daughter her money would be refunded and gave her two coupons for two medium meals, the money was never refunded

Wasn't out the door in under 4... But only bc it had gotten mixed up and he was quick on his feet to catch it, and correct it and explain the mix up. He was super friendly and approachable, I only wish I would have gotten his name. 🤷🏽‍♀️
