I have been a fast food Manager all my life. And I have to say I was shocked to see a hand written sign that said "We are closed due to staffing issues. Sorry for the Inconvenience. " Truck drivers are limited to food choices in the Store. They depend on the restaurants for a decent meal. So how does this happen? We have been disappointed in Wendy's across the nation. Get it together people! And please no more excuses!

Excellent!! Was a super busy time and they were quick and friendly!! Food was hot and tasted great.

I am so ashamed of this business today. I understand working understaffed. I understand working with "kids". I understand supply issues. But when you go to a place and the trash barrel is blocking the drive thru but no sign saying why, we almost left but there were people inside and someone walking out the door. When we asked why it was closed the little girl at the register said lack if staff. They only had 4 people according to her, 1 cooking, the manager who was walking around wearing a headset (why was that needed if the drive thru was closed?), her (the girl at the register), and 1 maintenance person. However, there was at least 1 other person. There was time for horseplay between the manager and the fella cooking and whoever was running the fryers but not enough time tto get a few drive thru orders. I swear she stood around more than doing fast food work. Before any complaints, I've worked fast food. This past week alone, they have been out of baked potatoes, fries, and/or chili. There is major bucks flying out the window. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise. They got 1 star only because they had what we wanted this time.

My chili was nice and hot also i had the chicken parmesan cheese salad ,and hubby had the pub fries . I didn't like them because the sauce was so watered down it tasted nasty😱🤮 to me . Poor hubby ate it anyway 😬😪.
