They answer their phone. They ship promptly. I have owned 5 mini trucks. I bought struts from them on one - no problem. I bought two sets of others; my error. I returned them minus shipping and a restocking fee. (Yes, it was my error.) I bought upper strut bushings for another mini truck which arrived not being the correct ones. Many other things that I have needed I have not found there.

Very poor communication. Requested parts in March, Parts ordered in April, after numerous emails I finally called to check on the whereabouts of my items. Derek the parts guy informs me "some parts arrived from China hopefully we'll call you tomorrow if your parts came". This is customer service very freaking poor. I'll be ordering my parts from China myself or better yet sell the truck so I won't have to deal with people like Derek.
