I absolutely love love love our groomer Cheyenne at the PB location, however yesterday when I went to pay for them I was wondering why it was about 10 bucks higher: I asked the sales associate why it was different. (We have been coming here with our small dogs for years). She said oh well there is a new 4.99 each dog material fee! I was so shocked! 4.99 each on top of the grooming fee of 46 bucks?! I gladly pay this bcuz Cheyenne does such a fabulous job and my fur babies adore her. However my dogs are only 5lb (Morkie) and a 10lb (Havamalt). So with this extra 5 bucks per dog fee or now cost me 112.88 with the 25 dollar tip! Petco needs to re-evaluate this new ridiculous charge! They set the groomer prices themselves in the first place to cover all expenses and profit. Now they want to pad their bottom line with and extra 4.99 per dog that goes straight to Corporate! This doesn’t even go to the store or the groomer at the location!! They need to stop charging this fee! #PetcoDoBetter
