I love my bicycle! I bought a Trek FX5 Sport and it’s incredible! The staff was so accommodating and helpful - from getting the bikes to us to fitting us on the bikes - the customer service was excellent!

I rented a bike from Scheller's when I was staying at Shaker Village, 6/22. Great experience, very easy and inexpensive, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

I will definitely come back! I had a flat tire on my bike and thought they'd try to up-sell me seeing that my bike is a little older and rusty in spots. Nope, the guy took a look at everything and it came out to $19! Had it changed out and ready to roll before I could even finish my beer. Parking was easy, too (which is very important when you're lugging a bike from your car). Definitely coming back and recommending. :)

I received a bike for my participation in the 4K for Cancer program (a ride across the country to raise funds and awareness for the young adult cancer community) and reached out to Scheller's about having the bike shipped to their store and assembled since they are the only Jamis retailer in the area. I quickly received a response from Andy, the cycling manager, who was willing to arrange the assembly and a bike fit. He had my bike assembled within a day of it being delivered and was so helpful with getting me fitted comfortable on the bike. I'm looking forward to going back to the store for some more gear and a tune-up before I leave!

Questions & Answers

We’re road bikers traveling through Lexington later this week. Can you recommend a couple of rides we might do to sample riding in the area? We’re seniors but not afraid of climbing. 30-50mi. Thanks!!!

You could check out the Legacy Trail - www.lexingtonky.gov/legacy-trail, it goes from Lex to the KY Horse Park in Georgetown
