I had an issue with an embroidery design that I was stitching out… I called Sandy’s and they answered my question and helped me work it out right then. Turns out I had my bobbin in upside down- they were so helpful!!!

Very honest and reputable. Before taking my old machine in, she told me on the phone there would be no charge if she couldn't fix it. After spending many weeks (including purchasing one part), they encountered an issue that caused the machine to temporarily lock up after x minutes of use. They couldn't get a replacement part to fix this problem. Sandy stayed true to her word and didn't charge me anything, even for the part they did buy. Customer service like that is unheard of these days!

Sandy knows her business and was a great help. She identified the binding problem I had with one of my vintage Singer machines, a 15-91 almost immediately, and I was able to fix the problem easily. It now runs smooth as new again. And she did it over the phone. She is a gracious and generous lady, and a pleasure to talk to.
