Fantastic repair shop. Ben worked magic on an Epihone SG I brought in Saturday. I drove 2 hrs to their shop and they had it completed—EXPERTLY—quick fashion. His diagnosis was accurate the first time and the repairs beautifully done at a great price. He ALSO set up a new Stratocaster brought in. I have been a Willcutt's customer for 20 years+ and will continue to do so. Thanks Ben and all at Willcutt Guitars.

I can safely say this is the best online guitar store in the nation. The service is simply second to none. The inventory is a man’s eternal wish list and the products and support makes you come back again and again. We call but if there is no voicemail option and you are not there, then we leave it up to the customer to check back. Email helps
We are not letting people try things out in the store, but they can order from our website or call in and we can either ship or deliver curbside. Any returns are cleaned and sanitized before restocking.
