They have a nice new playground, an older playground, a splash pad ( free admission), skate park, bball court, soccer goals, volleyball and some walking paths. They recently rebuilt the bathrooms and for now they are in great condition. There are a few covered picnic areas and benches. As far as river activities there are boat ramps. The Point could really benefit from having boat and jet ski rentals.. more things that focus on the river to attract tourists and create more business. There’s no place to swim and I wouldn’t want to swim in that section of the river anyway. More info about the history of the point would be great. There is so much history in that area that no one knows about. Several wifi access points pop up at the point but they’re all locked. From looking around at the many surveillance cameras I’d say those access points are for those cameras only. So no free wifi. There is no where to get snacks or drinks at the point so bring your own.

Beautiful view from the benches on the river. There was a nice car meet there too which is always nice to stroll though.

Point Park is continuing to make improvements all the time. Many great activities are held at the park and many children enjoy the playground and water feature. Thank you!

Great place for a 3 year old's birthday party. We really enjoyed the splash park, slides, and swings. There is also a skate park. The mouth of the Kentucky River is to the left flows into the Ohio River. There is a boat ramp on the Ohio side. They also have music festivals there sometimes. There are covered picnic tables with restrooms attached which is where we had our pizza and birthday cake. Worked out perfectly.

Yes on the 227 side, past the entrance! God bless you
There are barbeques there and u can also bring your own. Always recommend your own though. Never know what shape the last person left it in.
No, just a boat ramp and a courtesy dock which you can't swim off at.
Not yet. They're waiting on some faucets the mayor said
