Staff were super friendly and accommodating, we booked online through a travel site and upon arrival our room was sold out. We were upgraded to a suite with no issue. Hotel room was clean and breakfast in the morning was enjoyed especially by the kids as there were fresh baked waffles.

The Country inn and Suites by Radisson in Georgetown Kentucky was a great stay! I originally booked through Expedia who caused me nothing but issues and called the women at the front desk 17 times (literally)! However, when I spoke with them, they showed me nothing but kindness and were able to help me sort things out. Now on to the better part, the stay! When we arrived we were greeted kindly and checked in quickly. Our room was clean, roomy, and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open and provided me, my husband, and my children with relaxation and fun. The whole place was clean which is something I really appreciate. The woman at the front desk were friendly and professional. There were many restaurants surrounding the hotel and even more restaurants and shopping within a short distance. This is the only place I will stay from now on when I'm in Georgetown!

Rooms were definitely dated but the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was great! Everyone was accommodating. They were just really busy, poor lady behind the desk was on a phone call that seemed to be a bit difficult she smiled and took it with grace. Hotel was very clean. The camaraderie between the staff was legit, they really seemed to enjoy working together. Its nice to see that exists!

Positive: This hotel checked off all of our boxes!!! The staff was welcoming and very nice. It's pet friendly for an extra $20, clean, complimentary breakfast, it has a hot tub, the pool room opens at 6am and closes at midnight, and check out is at noon!!
