I found the facility to be nice and clean. The elevator is a little small but it worked perfect! I was not fully prepared for my appointment so the technician worked things out and managed to get me in anyway. All staff are pleasant and easy to work with with little waiting time.

The staff was great - they were all friendly, explained what was to be done. The doctor who performed my ultrasound was very thorough, and caring. Precautions are still in place to try to keep everyone safe. They got to me pretty close to my scheduled time. Definitely would recommend.

Check in went smoothly. I was 1st appointment if the day and they even took me back a little early. The techs and doctor were friendly, clear with their instructions and explanations and the procedure was quick and nearly painless. Very happy with my experience.

I was pretty disappointed when my appointment date was three weeks out, but I can see why this place is popular. Very modern and well kept building. Extremely courteous staff. I love that you can review all your information through the link they send through texts. It's brilliant to not have to call in to check in or verify information; everything is provided through the link they text you. The technician handling my HIDA scan was very friendly as well. Awesome facility. Radnet knows what it's doing.
