This place is the most un proffesional steel supplier I have ever purchased from. They have no idea of shipments. They commit verbally to a date and then say there are no guarantees when they are unable to produce. From sales reps to sales manager are all clueless as to how to service the customer. I will not purchase from these people ever again. I would recommend you don't even waste your time calling them. I feel it's all about money and service to this sales force.
