Phone call service is bad. They say to leave your number to call back but they don't 😑 Then you usually have to wait an hour to get someone on the phone. I try to just make appointments in the office because of this if it's faster than using the phone.

I am sorry for this bad review but this place really they don’t care about you they just there to make their money and do the bare minimum I had a shoulder pain that i’ve been wanting to see whats going on First x ray took 1-2 month Then i didn’t hear anything from them after the x ray I had to call and get an appointment and that took 1 month And then they sent me to a doctor which they don’t take medical LA care and i had to cancel it And now my shoulder is still in pain and i had lost all my hope for waiting that long and i feel super drained with this process and hospitalization system

East Valley Community Health Center staff are so helpful and accommodating. No waiting time upon they register your Name.you will be immediately call and assisted to your Doctor. Expect follow up call from them after your visit. They want to make sure your experience during your visit is up to your expectations and so l gave them this 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you again for your service..

You have to just go in person I assume. They never answer me either.
They do have a doctor for specifically that
Ami happened to me the same and I dialed eats valley and they told me that nothing happens
Mostly likely you will need to make an appointment to get the booster. If you are a healthcare worker you can get the booster almost as a walk in. It does not hurt to ask.
No you can't.
I would just do a walk in. They seem lately to have a surplus of "calls". I have the same issue, that or hold the whole time. That would be the only way.
You can pay in cash for appointments at this facility.
You can be seen without insurance. The facility will work with you on payment based on how much you get paid. But there is also help there for you to get insurance there to sign up for medical. They can walk you through it. I would bring the following: ID, mail with current address and social security card.
I have to be at easy valley at 4:00 pm to get my Thanksgiving badket
Do you have neurologists
It's income based and affordable. She just has to fill out paperwork and declare her income
