Overall good gym that has all the basic necessities you need for your CrossFit or weightlifting needs. Came in to this gym with high standards after coming from the best CrossFit gym/family I've ever been a part of in San Antonio and the reason I am giving it 3 out 5 of stars is because the CrossFit programming was not very challenging and the coaches were lacking. I ended up just following an online program and going to open gym daily. As far as the coaches go the owners Frank and Cara were very friendly and knowledgeable, but some of the other coaches seemed to be lacking in experience and didn't introduce themselves at the start of the classes for new members. Also I did not like that you couldn't workout and do your own thing while a class was going on. This is the first gym I have ever been to that has told me I couldn't do so. Overall my experience here was okay. I've experienced better gyms. I suggest trying other gyms before choosing CrossFit Ergon as your gym of choice.
