Called ahead and placed and order for takeout. Arrived 15 minutes later and had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. When I was handed the bag (it seemed small), I asked if the sides were in there and was assured everything was there. I took them at their word (because I was running late), paid and left. Arrived at the Dunn Center for our event and went to eat...3 sides and my burger were missing. My daughters got to eat their sandwiches, all but one without their fries, and I had no lunch or fries. I was charged for all of it, mind. The food we had was fine; obviously I can't speak for their burgers, since I didn't get mine, but it was fine. Nothing special. I feel like they cheated me intentionally, though. Forgetting one or two items, I can understand, but not including half of the order in the bag? Extremely disappointed.

To start, this place is CASH ONLY! Though they have an ATM on site. I've seen this place so many times and finally decided to try it. It was great! I came here with my wife and 11 month old infant around noon on a Sunday. The place was busy, but they had seating available indoors and out. We were quickly seated and attended to. The waitress was also kind enough to offer up a highchair before we had to ask. We ordered Jumbo cheeseburgers, BBQ sandwich for the baby to rummage through (which is pulled pork), fries and onion rings. The pulled pork was so-so. Everything else was EXCELLENT! We will be visiting again when we have a hankering for burgers. Definitely recommended!

If you're looking for that little hole in the wall place that has great food and incredible prices this is it. Nice, attentive staff. Excellent burgers. I'd eat there every day if I lived here.

We were really excited to try this place because it had such great reviews, but we were really disappointed. The portions were great as were the prices, but the flavor was really lacking! My husband got a jumbo burger, which could have been great, but the meat was not seasoned at all from what we could taste. If they would add some seasoning to their ground beef, they would really up their burger game! The quality of beef was also on the lower side. I got a Ruben, and it was ok, but was also lacking flavor. My bread was mostly burnt, and that was the primary flavor I tasted. 2 of my kids also got burgers which they said were OK, and 3 of my kids got the pancakes and bacon. They liked those. My little one ate all hers. Overall the service was good but the food was lacking flavor and we probably won't be back. I really wanted to like this place but just don't, sorry. I also have heart burn now.
