The arrangement looked pretty good and I was happy with it. However, the arrangement was not delivered with a note or card, despite me providing a message (the person just happened to guess that it was me and reached out). It was also missing balloons that were paid for.

Ordered flowers for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. Flowers needed to be delivered to my wife’s business that is 0.4 miles from their Middletown location. They attempted to deliver the flowers at 6:15 in the evening after my wife’s business closed. I received a VM from the delivery driver telling me she could not find my wife’s store. Very disappointing they waited so late in the day to deliver the flowers and that they could not find the delivery location that is less than half mile from their store. Only bright spot is they provided me a full refund after I requested one.

Horrible business. They canceled my flowers 3 days before my wedding without telling me or calling me. I found out by calling the designer who I worked with and her telling me she was no longer with the company because her paychecks bounced, they don’t pay their vendors, and have horrible customer service. What I was told. After going to the store to get some information on what was going on because after I called several times with no return calls the owner Raylene Browne got very nasty with me when all I asked is what is going on. She never ordered my flowers. She never gave me any explanation as to why I wasn’t called when my designer left to discuss my event with whoever else was taking over, no apologies, no how can I make it right. Nothing. She then called the police on me when I kept asking for answers and how she was going to fix this. Do NOT do business with this place. She finally gave me my deposit back but we will see if that clears.

If there was a lower star I would have used it. My daughter send me flowers. You claimed they were delivered on Wednesday and that I signed for them. They weren’t and I didn’t, a neighbor brought them to me at 8:30 last night. Said he met the delivery guy coming out of his drive way with a delivery for me. If I were a florist I would be embarrassed to deliver an arrangement that looked like you took a few flowers and stuck them in a vase. My daughter has ordered more flowers that can’t be here till next week. My drive way is long. The mail box across from the drive way has our address. Obviously your driver is as bad at deliveries as you are at flower arrangements.
