I was traveling and hurt my ankle. From the airport in Houston, I was able to call Emerald Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what I needed, a knee scooter. Their pricing was WAY more than fair and by the time I landed in Las Vegas and made my way to the hotel, they had already delivered my scooter to the bell desk. With everything else I had to deal with (work/convention) this was pain free! Thank you Emerald team, I wish I had specific names to recognize exactly who helped; but it was the customer service agent answer to the delivery driver that went out of his way to get it there the same day.
