I would give this company zero stars if I could!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I rented a scooter in San Francisco to assist me in getting to and from a wedding. The rest of my party was walking and I was concerned that I would not be able to walk that far comfortably. It was the only time I used the scooter--less than a block away to the wedding. (Google maps:217 feet) The scooter was not able to make it there and back. My husband and daughter had to push it back to the hotel while I hobbled along behind. It was miserable. I have written numerous e-mails, and have called several times in the last 15 days. Each time they say "oh, you should hear from us in a day or two.....11 days later, I STILL have not heard anything from this company. I tried to call today, I have gotten hung up on three times and no answer three times...twice I spoke to a woman that I could not hear because of so much background noise and I asked to speak to the manager, but much to my surprise there was no one available to speak to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCREW YOU OUT OF $185 FOR A SCOOTER THAT CAN'T MAKE IT 250 FEET AND BACK.

Cloud of goods helped make my trip to Vegas so much better. I was in need of a knee scooter but couldn't go get one on my own. Cloud of goods provided delivery right to my hotel! If you have any mobility issues at all, just getting to your hotel room in Vegas can be a problem. Renting a scooter from Cloud of Goods was a godsend. Reasonable rental and Armen was flexible about dropping mine off at my sister's when I arrived then picking it up at my hotel on Friday when it was time to checkout. Easily transported, but was a bit heavy if you're doing it yourself. I highly recommend renting from them!

Go to cloud of goods on Google and it shows all the prices per day for your preference in equipment. But it in 25 to 40 a day. They bring it to you and pick it up when your done. I was very pleased. And highly recommend this company.
