Why is the drop box closed on Saturday? It used to be open. Some of us work and can’t make it there between the posted hours. Martin Luther King Jr and Crenshaw location. Ugh!!!!

Friendly staff, and they now have a DMV style line where they call your number instead of waiting in line, plenty of parking, the EV charging stations are cool. Shopping center right across the street too.

Fast and easy service in a bright and clean space. Plenty of free parking out front and there is a handicap entrance. I come here every month to pay my bills and have never had any issues. Nikeshia is a tender at the register and is super friendly, all the employees are nice. Compared to other DWP locations around L.A, this one feels fresh and much nicer. I was in and out within 2 minutes. They implemented a new ticket system in place! You walk in and select options and take a ticket then sit and wait. Much more pleasant experience!

Good and convenient place Don't Let bad Reviews and Dumb customers Fool you 1. The Lines are Long because Everybody goes and pays at the last minute out of sheer laziness and bad spending Habits I pass by there pretty much everyday too and from school and the only time Line goes out the Door is when Payments due usually during the first week or last week of the month 2. That ladies review is just Blaming LADWP for her own stupidity everyone knows when people move into or out of a House you have to transfer services from the previous person into your name such as phone, water and power etc. to the new location smh and she just happened to "forget" to do it smh I wouldn't even give benefit of the doubt because for something as simple as a House phone or Cable you still have to give notice
