I stayed on the 13th its now the 23rd and I'm still waiting on my deposit. Uuuggghhh My husband and I travel often and I have never experienced anything like this. They say 100% should be returned and they returned half and no one knows why. They tell me they are still working on it and tell me to have a nice day. How, when there has been no kind of compensation for their mistake. It was a nice place but unless something changes we will go elsewhere next time.

I personally will never be back. We checked in Friday may 20th for the night. The gentleman that checked us in was great! But, that’s the only good that came out of the stay. We found roaches in the bathroom crawling on the walls and out of the light sockets!! As soon as I saw that I took pictures and video and notified front desk!! We will not return.

Located off Fern valley road quiet hotel away from the interstate Rooms are very clean that front desk was very helpful during my entire stay. Breakfast is Continental and good assortment of items. They also have meeting rooms and swimming pool. I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking to stay somewhere economical as well as comfortable.

As a Choice Hotel member and frequent traveler, this was one of my best experiences. Customer service was top notch. The manager on duty Mr. She'd was very warming and was able to have me checked in early. Room was very clean. Hot breakfast. Laundry service. I will definitely be back.
