We got blizzards and a Misty float. The girl forgot to put the ice cream in the Misty float. The dining area was closed after 7. Help wanted sign like everywhere else. Nothing was bad, just needed corrected. Be patient when you go and expect a wait.

The chicken strips were very fresh and hot even after taking them home from the drive thru. And the blizzards hit the spot!

It's bring your kids to work day. Had them in uniforms trying to work a job the adults have trouble doing. They were behind the counter. Customer came in from drive thru had half of a meal (looked like someone ate half of it), went in to complain and the manager thought it was hilarious instead of fixing the problem. Our food was similar quality as the other customers. Not the first bad quality experience.
