I advise all clients that I am a highly skilled advocate and extraordinarily gifted as a trial attorney. As reflected on my website, I have received a quarter billion dollars in jury verdicts for my clients and hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements for those clients I have represented.

As with the settlement value of a client's case, the jury verdict range of the case is unique to each clients matter. As we do with a settlement, we discuss the particulars of the facts unique to their case and the law that governs their case and provide them our opinion as to the jury verdict range that a jury is most likely to provide in compensation for their loss.

While each case is different we make sure each client thoroughly understands the details and discuss the settlement value of their case at great length. We explain the factual and legal issues that allow us to arrive at an opinion in this regard.

While most cases settle, approximately 5% of accepted cases to go to trial. What's important for a client to remember is that a trial lawyer must be willing to go to trial on behalf of the client if a reasonable settlement offer is not provided by the defendants.

The client repays the costs our office advances out of the proceeds they receive when the case is concluded.

This will vary depending on the complexity of the case. However, these out-of-pocket costs are advanced by our office.

This issue can vary significantly among clients but in all serious matters, significant personal involvement is required.

While each case is different, the general time frame in Southern California to conclude litigation is 2-4 years.

I advise all my clients that if we're willing to move forward with their case I believe they have a good likelihood of success. Otherwise, we would not recommend filing an action on their behalf.
