Do not move in here if they don't let you view the unit / apartment before move in or they will give you a horrible unit + the laundry half of machines don't work and it smells so bad that it goes through the whole building and it's for months like that. Staff is sweet talk don't get filled the building is horrible on keeping the place fresh

I have enjoyed some things here and some have been unpleasant. Overall the stay here is manageable and easy for problems to be fixed! New management has been GREATT !

It was a nice surprise to enter my unit on move-in day. The spacious living room makes working fun. I've already had the management help me on multiple occasions so quickly. They took care of everything from lights to printing. Especially as an international student, the variety in floor plans and diversity in the community makes The Icon one of the best options near SLU. It has been a fine experience so far!

All of our studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartment homes come with all utilities including electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable! On-site parking is available in our heated underground parking garage for a nominal fee.
