RECOMMENDED! I was absolutely floored by my experience here. I came in the night before I had to fly out for a funeral and understood when they said they said they couldn't fix my completely crushed and useless screen before they closed in a couple hours. They wouldn't open the next day before I had to be at the airport so I asked for the chip and thought I would put it into a cheap walmart phone to get by until I got back. When he heard why I wanted the chip, the guy went out of his way and stayed late to get my phone fixed that night. I never see service like that anymore and I want to shout to the world to please go to this store because they actually care about their customers! On top of that, the work was done perfectly.

This was my first time at a uBreakiFix. I've always been a bit skeptical about repair places, worried about quality or unfair prices. After this visit, my mind is changed. First, they did a great job on my father in-law's phone and the price was not much more than if I had bought the display panel myself - very reasonable considering the labor. Second, I watched them help other customers while waiting in line. The team was helpful, professional, and patient with everyone.

My experience: took my device to this location on february 16th. I was told the turnaround would be 3-5 days. One week goes by and they told me they hadn't sent it out yet, ok its in union city Il wait. I called Week 2 they still hadn't sent it out. Week 3 they sent it out. Week 4 they havent looked at it. Week 5 they saudered the 1 piece but had to replace screen because it somehow melted. Week 6 they said they it might be the motherboard and the cost would be more then the device. I said ok you can send it back. Its march 25th they havent bothered to call for update, actually they never once called me I had to call them. So if you want to wait months with no effort or updates, these are your guys! Edit: I messaged them as the response suggested. I told them read the review and response, that should tell you everything. Their response: sorry for your experience how can we help? Well considering the wait time was 6x longer than the said wait time. And there was no communication/update throughout the repair. Also scheduling an appointment when you were closed when you say your open. You tell me. Oh yea and they still havent called me regarding my return, i guess they'll return my property when they feel like it.

You have to go to the website it is very detailed there plus you can chair a drop off appointment there; or call, if you call they give the cost and whatever else it might need when replacing a specific part.
