This is just a wonderful low key coffee shop. The service is great and all are really helpful and friendly. The coffee is the best in Boulder imho. It’s Ampersand coffee, roasted just up the road in Gunbarrel.

We stopped in for breakfast in mid-August, visiting Boulder to move our son into his apartment. The staff were super-friendly, the breakfast foods were all delicious (burritos and bread), and the coffee was perfection. I especially loved the little packets of hot sauce on offer! The next time we're in town Red Rock Coffeehouse is a Must Visit place!
