I received excellent customer service at the Trek Boulder store. Amy was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right bike. She really went above and beyond to help me find a bike that fit me, and was the right model for my biking wants/needs. Amy also provided me with lots of excellent tips on everything from good trails to riding form. I went to several different Bicycle shops to test ride bikes, but I received the best customer service at the Trek store. The employees all seem very engaged and enthusiastic about the brand. I was very impressed with the service I received and I LOVE my new bike!

Amy is truly committed to developing long-lasting customer relationships and making sure you are happy with your bike. Whenever I stop by the store, she always asks if I am satisfied with my ebike. Also, Amy was quick to exchange my daughter’s trek for a new one once my daughter decided her original purchase wasn’t working for her. Excellent sales service!

The Trek staff were very kind and helpful. It can be intimidating going into outdoor stores because sometimes the staff can be judgmental instead of helpful, but I had a really excellent experience with Trek. Everyone that worked with me took the time to listen to me and guide me into a bike that fit my wants and was also a great physical fit. I'm very grateful that they shared their expertise in the most welcoming and encouraging way possible. Also, I'm obsessed with my new bike, I did 25 miles on my first ride with it and it was truly a dream.

The customer service is great. I got exactly what I wanted. They adjusted my bike and got me road ready. I bought a Loft 7D and I am so pleased with it. Most of all the quality of Trek didn't need to sell me, this is a good company with longevity and quality. Definitely visit, the place is a wonderland.
