Female working was rude telling me to wait ur turn just for asking if they can turn the air on. Saying they have no control over that mean being a tow truck driver by law they have to have the air on for customers. Easy I got you but waiting for 4 people. And why is there music blasting while another female has earphones on and worry none company hats come on the professional you guys have uniform to wear while working.

Have refused to honor Ralphs discount program for years. Cashier very rude. The good reviews are made up. Go inside to pay because the outside pay station always gets tampered with but if possible go elsewhere. I’m serious. I had my identity stolen here

Terrible customer service. My dad is over 15 hours away and ended up at this location. A sweet customer let him borrow the phone to call us as he was lost and his phone is not working. She gave us the location so we can send someone to pick him up. I was trying to get a hold of him to let him know we have someone on their way and to stay put. The woman I talked to said “I’m too busy for this” and gave it to a man. I tried explaining the situation and that I needed to get a hold of my dad and he asked for a number because he was too busy and there’s no one with that name there. I asked for a manager and they said “there’s no manager”. I understand busy but my dads lost and stranded and I have absolutely no access to him. Where are the Good Samaritans? I can for sure guarantee that they don’t work here. Iv worked customer service for a long time but a few minutes to help someone makes a huge difference in situations like this.
