I went to get printer ink and I forgot the number of the ink cartridge I needed, the employee was very helpful looking it up for me on his phone, I finally found it on mine, they didn't have it in stock but he looked up the nearest store that did and looked up the directions for me on Google maps. Long story short, he went out of his way to help me and I had just had a terrible experience at the UPS store. 👍

Not really the workers at this best buys fault but I've made 6 purchases and have had to return all 6. 5 headsets and 1 speaker and none of them have worked. Ranging from battery issues to the product not staying on to audio problems. Literally cant get a working product from this location.

Bought the Pixel 6 Pro and was told that all of my data, apps and layout from my Pixel 4 would transfer over. The transfer was still going when the store closed and I was told that once I got home and got back on wifi it would continue and complete. Well, it didn't. I bought the BB support so I called b/c I'm 45 min away from the store. I was transferred SIX times and was about to be transferred again so I hung up. If the BB support contract didn't include phone coverage I'd request a refund. I gave 2 stars only because the staff was attentive, much better than any experience I had at the Apple store when I used to use iPhones.

I am not a buy-a-computer-online sort. I like to look around, try things out, compare. These guys have always been there for me to guide me and help me get started. I also love the fact that I can recycle old electronics there. BB may not be the cheapest and sales staff are not a substitute for doing our own product research, but here you can at least help locals keep jobs and have an in-person shopping experience.

You can definitely recycle laptops for free. Televisions and monitors that are stand alone have a fee. You can also check your trade-in value on bestbuy.com just type trade in on the search bar.
Not currently.
I don't work there, but they have everything on their website. www.bestbuy.com
Mask mandate, sanitizer on hand, limit on customers, at times when covid has spiked locally they have only allowed customers by appointment or curbside pickup
They say they take most but to be sure check web site open til 6pm
