Typical fast food restaurant. Slowish drive through. Sometimes I get my correct order, other times not so much. Normally friendly service.

Usually pretty fast, accurate. Kinda skimpy on portions, I used to be an RGM for TBell out of state, I actually weighed my food on my kitchen scale, it was light and from the appearance it was the meat they skimped on. I got a total of FOUR. YES, FOUR pieces of grilled chicken in my full sized casadilla. Cheese was lacking as well and unevenly distributed. The four pieces of chicken were only on one of the four slices it's cut into. The drive through girl killed it though, hit every mark, even told me my 7 items were in the bag. Correct utensils, sauce, asked if everything on the menu looked correct. Was pleasant, looked clean and food safe. If I was the RGM and I was asking the crew to skimp out on meat, or any other item for that matter, I'd quit asap. It's bad business and you're gonna lose out regardless. Just ring in 10 beefy fritz burritos and ten of the chicken wraps that replaced the shredded chicken mini casadilla, then manager meal them out. And cut $1 of the amount that the employees could use for their free meal daily. At my TBell we were instructed to give employees whatever food they wanted AS LONG AS IT WAS RANG IN AND MADE BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. Saved from theft and variances. My bonus checks went up.

Drive thru customer service is the best so far. They are so friendly and treat you politely, no rushing, and they sometimes suggest items for you to try. Update: 01/2022, sadly I found hair in my tacos...i know accidents happen but all it takes is implementation of hair nets and beard nets.
