Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered on the app at 5pm last night and spent $40 on food just to get no order confirmation email and no pizza at all delivered to me but still charged the $40 :).

Worst service I’ve ever had. Called to order delivery, was on hold for over 5 minutes just for the to answer and hang up on me. Called again, sat on hold for another 5 minutes, some one answered, asked pickup or delivery, I said delivery and then was put on hold for another 5 minutes.. the hold recording stopped and no one said anything as I repeatedly said hello. I even waited a good couple minutes before giving up. Recalled. On hold for ANOTHER 5 minutes. Someone answered and I asked to speak with the manager because I have never had this happen. Then they put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up completely. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

A group of us ordered a few pizzas and wings for delivery. When it was delivered the order was wrong, missing items, and the pizza was cold. When we contacted the restaurant we were lectured and charge additional $40.00 to fix the order. We contacted the corporate office and nothing was resolved. I have received phone calls from the GM scolding me for being dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
