Every time I order, it’s LATE! Waited over 10 min for a boat… they didn’t even start it until I walked in the door.. !!!! They are too busy talking!! AND it was after the quoted time…when other pizzas and orders had been started before me.. and the sauce was wrong!!!!! Screw you guys; an online order is just the same as a phone call—take them as they come in, not how you want to make them! TLDR: HARD PASS, just get frozen. It tastes BETTER and it’s CHEAPER.

Great pizza, new to the whole Detroit Style pizza. I'm a fan, the crust is amazing. The a triple Cheese Turbo Stix remind me of something we had at NIU called called cheese nuggets. Sam is one of the owners and is attentive to his customers. Thanks!

We ordered a specialty pizza this evening- not only did it take almost 90 minutes to arrive, but to our disdain, it was super burnt. Called the store after taking a few photos- the guy had to put us on hold to call the store owner, and apparently the store owner has no idea what customer service is. All we wanted was another pizza, didn’t yell, didn’t bite off heads, didn’t demand a refund. Asked for a fresh pizza that wasn’t inedible, dry and black on both bottom and top, and he told us no. Said some bull about the ovens working a certain way and pretty much, it is what it is. This franchise owner is literally letting his own restaurant go to hell, and I cannot understand why. With an area as big as this one is, there is a ton of competition around and I will happily take my money elsewhere, and you should too.

Been hearing about this place for a minute from my buddy Todd. He recently hurt his leg in a slide mishap, so I thought I'd cheer him up with a slice or two. Pizza was gnarly. The only complaint I have is that it looked like we received half of two different pizzas? Oops, Sorry! This is no Ghislaine Maxwell level conspiracy but still odd. Overall 4 stars
