Nice & clean environment they have plenty of amenities here such as a pool , gym & they have parks for the kids. The workers seem to be doing well keeping the area looking nice. As a resident I would say I have enjoyed my time here. Just need more gym equipment:(

The park location is great! Near shopping centers but very quiet area with great food choices and lake Perris very close by. Manager seems to be doing a great job at keeping the park clean and enforcing rules. We have only been here a few months and so far we are happy here. The park also offers ammenities like pool and gym, and they do have a small playground. The office ladies are very polite and always very responsive. They have maintenance people that keep the park clean. The only thing is that there are dogs running around the park sometimes.

Hello. No the homes are not on their own land. The space rent is for the home that sits upon the space. Parking spaces are $30 per month.
Maybe like $500? I'd just call the office and ask if I were you.
