Bad customer service it is always good to acknowledge your customer even if you are busy a simple " hello I'll be there with you, as soon as I'm done with this customer" will do. don't be ignorant and be polite.

In regards to the one star review; that person is not our customer. We pride ourselves in honest quotes! It's probably just someone trying to get our customers to go to Navajo. I wonder why they have to bad mouth us to get business.

Watch out! they charge more then what they tell you over the phone so you can come in, there's a better place on Navajo rd!
