We made a appointment on 6/23/22 for 7/7/22 and when we got here told it didn't exist, this is the second time we had a massive issue with them, we took time off work to get this done but now we have to ask someone else now as they are not trustworthy to get it done.

I found Sunset an efficient and friendly place to service my Jeep and rent a car. The staff was honest and sympathetic to my out of town urgent situation. I strongly recommend them for service even if your car is not a GM/Chevy/Buick. Thank you Sunset. I needed service to replace a thermostat in Omak which is 4.5 hours from my home. This necessitated both service and a rental car. I tried the local Jeep service department but they were three weeks backed up and didn’t have the part. Other repair services were 10days or more out. Sunset Chevrolet has rental cars. The rental guy there helped me get a crossover that fit my needs. He then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. “Not unless you can repair my Jeep quickly,” I replied. He got the wonderful service manager to arrange a repair that was finished a day later. The rental guy kindly charged only a day and a half instead of two. I also talked to the service technician. The bill was only for labor as I supplied the part. Only 1.5 h for a repair yhe Wenatchee Jeep guy was going to charge 2.5h.

Sunrise kept me informed of changes in my scheduled 50.000 miles service. I really appreciated the up dates. They did all did all my service in a timely manner. I was without my vehicle for only a few hours. I am very happy with the service they provide. I would recommend Sunrise for all GM service
