Purchased an item that looks to have been pre-owned (leaves in the box and missing parts) I came back only to only to ask if perhaps they left anything in the back that I could retrieve, just got told to return it and in 1, 2, or 3 weeks if another comes in I could just replace it "so long as it's within the 30 day period. Paid full price for the thing and I'm 3 bolts shyof a finished product, it's pretty ridiculous.

I bought a tent that was wind resistant. It didn't make our wind storm. Traded up to another tent. This didn't make it through the wind storm either. We were able to receive our money back. Now we know they are rated for 35 mph.
