The staff was very nice, welcoming and friendly. I came into the store to pick up some Father’s Day gifts and walked out knowing my dad will have a wonderful Father’s Day thanks to the wonderful staff of Diebel’s.

I'm from out of town and this was a super nice place to sit and have a cigar while my wife shopped. The minimum purchase was eminently reasonable given the nicely appointed space with comfortable leather furniture. I'm not sure a lot of people know their nice slice of KC retail space that is their smoking room probably costs them between $6K and $10K a month to maintain. Unfortunately, I don't know squat about cigars so I can't comment a lot on selection and quality. The staff was super helpful and pointed me to their "favorite" cigar that I found very enjoyable. Given the humidor placement and the recommendation they probably sell a lot of the brand I bought and maybe even made a dollar more. I don't even care. I want them here again when I come to KC the next time. Oh, and great HVAC as well. Unlike some other rooms, I was only smoking my cigar.
