Overall, I had an excellent trade-in and purchasing experience at this Ford -- I'm not sure how many car buyers can say that! My sales rep was professional and great to work with on a personal level. I always recommend doing the most research you possibly can beforehand, but Tirapelli Ford made this process easy. I felt appreciated and taken seriously as a car buyer (something maybe not all younger women can say, too). Talked to the GM Cen very friendly man made us feel right at home and the Finance Manager Mike was great as well not your typical Finance guy you can tell he loves what he's doing. I just bought a new Bronco at Ron Tirapelli Ford, and Justin Barnes really went out of his way to give me a great experience! Due to an accident, I was forced to have to replace my car at the worst possible time, and I was really dreading it. Justin was very knowledgeable and courteous, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He didn’t waste my time trying to sell me another vehicle since the one I wanted hadn’t been delivered yet. He was willing to work with me in case the vehicle didn’t come in on time, and to do whatever it took to get it to me. That meant a lot since I came from an hour away to shop there.
