You can find plenty. Its a very popular destination..earlier your arrive you will find more.
Parking is enforced from 5am - 12am everyday.
Short walk, I'd day less than a quarter of a mile. There's a tunnel you can walk through on a paved road splitting the parking lot. You can see the ocean clearly through the tunnel. The small road is abit steep so consider that if carrying multiple items to and from.
