They are the worst, the can cancel a bus but please not allowed to reschedule the next one so they can help people get where they want and you have to wait for an hour for the next bus to come because they will not make the next bus come earlier how does that make sense. Horrible public transportation with horrible service. They do not care anout people”s schedule they only care about charging for daily and monthly passes but I don’t care if somebody is late an hour for their schedule. It makes no sense to cancel a bus reschedule the next one so can’t help people out I get what two of it wants to go.

I paid good money for the monthly pass and for them to not update their bus schedule through online is very petty !

The bus drivers more often than not never change the heading on the bus and I always end up being late for work. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, why do I have to try to read the bus drivers’ mind or guess whether or not it’s the correct bus?The 10:28 schedule 309 bus going to Encinitas said San Luis Rey on 7/18/21.

The Coaster is using the Burlington North Tracks northerly and southerly. There is a no train horn designation along the track as it travels through the dense residential areas in downtown San Diego. The Coaster is blowing their horns both northerly and southerly in “Seaport Village area as designated by the Trolley Route. This area/intersection is at the intersection of Market and Pacific fc Highway. The Coaster must stop blowing their horn in this area immediately
