Okay, I have stopped by this particular location and I left extremely pleased with the food and service. My food was fresh and delightful. I am so glad that this Popeyes Chicken is not serving crappie food. I will revisit in the future or when I get the yardbird mojo. Keep up the good work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If I could give them 0 I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered 63 dollars worth of food, they ran my card and claimed it didn't go through on their end, but I checked my account and I was charged. Then they made me wait another 15 min to tell me that I had to give the food back as the lady's holding my card not giving it back. Then I told her absolutely not, I was charged on my end so figure it out and finally after a good half hour she made me sign some book and said they would call me to charge me on their end. Yeah okay. While all the employees in there were smiling and staring at me, making me feel so uncomfortable. Never ever again. Horrible staff. At least my semi warm food was good.

Horrible customer service. It feels like they will beat you if you ask for anything else. The black manger was so aggressive because they don’t wanna work.. I asked for ranch on the side and she only gave me one for an order that is over 18 bucks. Then after I tried to asked for something else she closed the window and went away!!! THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED.. If you don’t like customer service why are you working at a restaurant serving people. Also the fires are all dropped in the bag no one seems to care
