While searching for some glass tile for the first time at the Tinley Park, IL location, I had a lot of questions about the product. The employees were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the entire process.. After going back and forth multiple times because of indecision regarding color, etc., Jessica saw me struggling and came to my aide with her vast knowledge, professionalism and outstanding demeanor to help me with afinal decision... I really appreciated that help!

1star is to much. Be very careful if you decide to buy anything from this place. Check with a pro first. They do not return special orders. I am not a tile installer and I trusted the salesman (Dan) was giving me the right information. Bad move on my part. After I purchased the 2 Wedi shower kits, the 11 sheets of Go Board, the 12 sheets of Wedi Board and all of the other incidentals that he said I needed, the total for the 2 kits was over $3000.00 I took them to my builder. The first thing he said to me was “ You got taken”. I didn’t need half of the stuff he (Dan) told me to buy. This place is nothing but a “ used car lot “. Trust your builder or your installer. DO NOT put your trust in this place. Go to Floor and Decor in Countryside. A little bit of a ride if your south but well worth it. THE TILE SHOP SUCKS !!!!!
