I had the best customer service at hillside Extended Stay. James helped me and when I tell you he went all in with his professionalism he guided me through the calls and all. And when I was told lies from a third party I booked through James took care of it. Thank you so much and I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

The cost per night was consistent with the quality. Front desk staff was awesome. However, pictures on website are not of the current facility. Furniture was worn and scratched. Kitchen had no dishes, silverware, or pans. I understand because of staffing shortages, that rooms aren't cleaned daily but we shouldn't have to bring down our own dirty towels and sheets to exchange for clean ones and empty our own trash.

Staying at this hotel the lady upfront twice now has been rude towards me. Notice my kitchen stink isn’t bolted down nor my tv work properly the sounds keeps getting knocking out. I would not be coming back after this stay. Highly recommend go somewhere else. Very unhappy with this stay.

i would give it a negative if possible. booked a room with my boyfriend for anniversary. they were full and we still got charged. had to find another hotel. we got hung up on at 7 times by them. they had no management to talk to. they were rude as heck. i’m a store manager and that is NOT how you handle service. WOULD NOT GIVE REFUND. THEY REFUSED!
