This park is in a neighborhood where the cars drive slow even though it sits back far enough for the kids to play safely. The whole park is surrounded by fencing or shrubbery so safety was top priority when designed

If I not mistaking if you go to the park and go to the bulletin board there it should have some contact info for you.
I don't think so. That park is catered towards children. Go to the park and look on the bulletin board, there should be a number on it to call and schedule an event. You can also ask questions as well.
You have to call the Beaufort Park Services and request a permit.
