My first time coming to this location and my last time Unprofessional!! I do the survey when I go to Popeye since price so high I can get two pieces and biscuits after completing the survey,.I'm in the drive thru and my first time at this location and they tell me I have to go back to the location were I purchased at that's not true! HATE I EVEN PURSCHASE FOOD IT WASN'T FRESH I ORDER TWO PIECE MILD THEY GAVE ME MILD AND SPICY

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and the chicken was cold like they had it sitting there for awhile make my food fresh instead of getting mad make the customer happy

I gave a star because you have to give something to get the review going. This store is HORRIBLE. They don't honor their own coupons, they don't run the same deals other locations do, they don't allow all white pieces. They offer 2 can dine, which says 5 pieces of chicken or tenders but, they do not allow the tenders. The people there are not quite right for customer service INCLUDING THE OWNER and manager. Get it together popeyes.

This Popeyes needs improvement, in every way, but speed. The one on 103rd/Dauphin is/was cleaner, but they move like molasses, even when there is barely any customers. I haven't been to that store in a while; hopefully they've changed.
