The staff were all wonderful and courteous. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, services and the like. They even went out of their way to create time to install a rear tire. I was willing to come back the next day to get it done but the salesman and technician insisted to get the work done right away.

Don't go there. And if you've been there before, don't go there again. Their loyalty to their customers will end at any moment, like it did for me. Took my bike in for tires and an oil change after several conversations about those services I come to pick it up and they didn't do the oil change. The guy at the counter says oh man my bad sorry do you want to schedule time out of your day to come back for an oil change? Then they proceeded to tell me if I want the beads they're in the old tire that I can go and scoop them out myself. I guess the owner has been doing it too long and should be about ready to retire because he's lost all people skills. I don't care for my business so I'll never go back. Good luck if you do.

I got a nail in my back tire on my Harley. Assuming this place would be less expensive than The Harley store, I went here. The staff were very nice. They took my bike almost immediately and I was out of the in probably less than an hour plus it didn't cost an arm and a leg and the have a lounge area where I could relax on a comfy seat while I waited. The price was fair for how much work it is to change a flat on a motorcycle. Nothing real fancy but clean enough and the nice people made my flat a-ok. I'll go back if I need work done.
